UF Partners with lynda.com

Great Online Training Opportunity for All Staff!!

Through a grant from the university’s Student Technology Fee, the lynda.com training library is now available to all faculty, staff, and students.   UFIT will handle the administration and technical support for a one-year pilot program featuring unlimited access to lynda.com.

The lynda.com Online Training Library® is accessible 24/7 from the UFIT Training page.  The library includes over 1,100 courses, with several courses added each week.   Course topics range from Web development, animation, and video graphics to business software like MS Word, Excel, and Visio.  With lynda.com you have the option of watching a course in its entirety or pausing the video for “just-in-time” learning.

Lynda.com is one of six projects funded by UF’s Student Technology Fee for the 2011-2012 academic year.  For more information about applying for Student Technology Fee funding, visit:
