Professional Biography

Dr. Cotter is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association, the US Center for Global Missions, and a Medical Student Preceptor for Family Medicine. She is also the Assistant Medical Director for the Shands Rehabilitation Hospital and a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Community Health and Family Medicine. She teaches medical students and residents and is actively involved in community outreach and indigent care.
