Subject: myUFL Update Saturday April 5th with Client OS & Browser Impacts

IT Directors,

UFIT has scheduled an additional production outage for myUFL to apply new release updates to the system. The install is planned for Saturday, April 5th, 2014 from 12:30 – 9:00 AM. All users of myUFL should be prepared to clear their browser cache and cookies following this update to ensure the best possible experience with the application. We’ll be post this reminder to the Shibboleth authentication page for myUFL in week following the update.

Additionally, this update will affect the list of client operating systems and browsers that are supported for use with myUFL. That updated list has been post to the UF Computing Help Desk Wiki at https://wiki.helpdesk.ufl.edu/FAQs/MyUFLBrowserRequirements.

UFIT staff does not anticipate any issues but as always please report any problem to the UF Computing Help Desk at 352-392-HELP (4357) or helpdesk@ufl.edu.
