Campus-wide IT Awards Recognition Program
Do you know of a team that should be recognized for their great work on an IT project? UF’s IT Awards and Recognitions Program recognizes teams in three categories, with awards presented at the annual “State of UFIT” event on May 15. A ‘team’ can have both IT and non-IT staff and is defined as staff who collaborated together as an IT project team. Nominations can be submitted on behalf of a group that worked together for a specific period of time to resolve a technical issue or improve a process, or for an established group, unit, or department.
The submission deadline for nominations is Friday, April 10. The selection committee, comprised of representatives from across campus, will evaluate the nominations based on work performed during the eligibility period (April 1, 2014 – March 30, 2015). To learn more about eligibility or submission guidelines and to nominate a team, please visit the IT Awards website: http://www.it.ufl.edu/community/awards/. Questions about the program may be sent to Anne Allen (firstname.lastname@example.org).
