Kimberly Gonzalez, FNP

I am a Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care across home health, geriatric, rehabilitative, and acute-care settings. Over the course of my nursing career, I’ve developed a reputation for being detail-oriented, adaptable, and highly self-directed, with strengths in home health assessment, ICD-10 and CPT coding, and case management.

My clinical background includes years of experience as an RN Specialist in geriatrics with Gainesville Geriatrics, service as an RN Case Manager with Aveanna Home Health, and acute-care experience in oncology at North Florida Regional Hospital. Prior to becoming an RN, I worked as an LPN and MDS Coordinator at Terrace Health & Rehab, gaining foundational experience in long- and short-term rehabilitative care.

I completed my Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization at the University of West Florida, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. I also earned my BSN from the University of West Florida, my RN credential from Florida Gateway College, and my LPN diploma with top academic honors. My educational achievements include recognition through the Florida AHEC Scholar Program, induction into the National Honor Society, multiple academic awards, and early honors at the associate degree level.
