About Andrew M Miller

My name Andrew Miller, MD, and I am a family medicine doctor at UF Health Family Medicine – Haile Plantation. I’m also a Professor and the Director of Medical Student Education in the Department of Community Health and Family Medicine. I serve as the Clerkship Director of the Family Medicine and Ambulatory Care Clerkship at the University of Florida College of Medicine. I was drawn to becoming a family medicine provider because I appreciate the long-term relationships I can develop with my patients, which contribute to the continuity of their care. I also enjoy helping my patients manage their chronic conditions to have an improved quality of life.

I earned my medical degree the FIU Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine and completed my residency in family medicine at the University of Florida, where I served as chief resident. In addition to providing care to patients, one aspect of my position that I very much enjoy is the opportunity to help train the next generation of physicians.

When not at work, I enjoy outdoor activities like running and mountain biking.
