About Ingit Parmar
A dedicated healthcare professional raised with traditional Indian family values, I offer over 15 years of diverse clinical experience gained in both India and the US. My background spans emergency medicine, inpatient psychiatry, and geriatric care, including a non-ACGME-accredited geriatric fellowship at Essen Healthcare. After earning my MBBS from the Medical College of Baroda, India, I completed a Transitional Year Residency at Peconic Bay Medical Center, Northwell Health, further enhancing my skills and knowledge. My experience also includes roles as a limited permit physician and clinical assistant. Drawn to the University of Florida’s Family Medicine program for its comprehensive curriculum, academic excellence, and collaborative atmosphere, I am eager to contribute as a skilled communicator and team player to an organization committed to professional development and outstanding patient care.
