A significant benefit to training at a large academic health system is the variety of elective rotations available. We recognize that individuals who choose family medicine probably like a little bit of everything! So we try to allow each resident to tailor their training to meet individual educational goals. The list below includes electives that residents have chosen in the past few years, and we are willing to set up new electives upon request. Some residents have requested to spend additional time on core rotations, which we can generally accommodate as well.
